I thought you were a Maple, Shade - not a Weeping Willow. "Oh, if only I hadn't dropped the defense that allows the fewest points in the NFL, it could be me trading for the world's oldest QB." Quit whining. Just cuz I stole a win from you 2 weeks ago (and arguably committed a second offense against Napoleon this week) doesn't mean all my motives are suspect. I simply thought my squad could benefit from some extra years of experience at the QB position - a combined age of 110 sounds just about right to me, and Kitna really likes the idea of being the youngster of the trio.
As for any other dissenters out there, I'll have you know that after discussing several possible trade options with the Lawyers camp, I agreed to deal only the specific players that they asked for. Ask Merritt if you don't believe me. There is such a thing as honor among thieves.

What can I say? Wo betide the other owners! Cavagnuolo is not the lovable, self-deprecating, down-on-his-luck character he pretends to be! I've learned that his 5 loss start was all just part of a clever plan to take Farve away from me!
Well, anyway, Favre was never going to start on the Lawyers over Romo or Manning, so no loss. Credit J-rod for taking an active role in trading.
Of course, if you really think I got ripped off, you could vote to veto the trade and make me a better offer!
